**MY REVIEW**
First let me say that I did not think this book was going to capture my attention when I first started reading it. However, Once i start a book I always finish no matter how I feel about. And I am VERY glad I finished. Never judge a book by the first few chapters. That is why I always finish because you never know what is lurking within those chapters...Prime example!

Will & Portia are broken souls. More so, Portia, since Will has found God he has made a promise and a vow to God and himself...

Will had a very traumatizing childhood which included, abuse of all kinds, rape, death, abandonment etc. 
He had a battle within himself with drugs. He made a vow and stuck to it. 
Did he need saving or was he here to save someone else?

Portia, is a beautiful, actress. Upon meeting Will she was very sexual and unattainable. 
Portia, also had a hard life, she was always set aside never had the family she always craved. 
When she met Will, he showed her what it was like to "feel" to "love" he showed her she was worth something. 
Portia never knew what love felt like until Will entered her life. Given a second chance at life, she never took it for granted again. 


This story was extremely heartfelt, I cried, laughed, and experienced points where i could breakdown for both characters when there were things they were experiencing together and apart. 
The love that they have between them is amazing, Will is an amazing person, extremely talented and a firm believer in God. He can make you look at life in a whole new light, and that is exactly what he did when Portia entered his life. 
He showed her that life is A GIFT everyday. 

This is a must read story for anyone who wants to see struggle, pain, heartache, love, and a very unexpected happy ending.
